For those that know me and my senior sessions, I like to do them EARLY in the day. With that being said, Ashley and her family were up for the challenge! Last year, I enjoyed doing senior portraits for her friend Amber. You can see the blog post from Amber’s session here. Ashley’s University of Delaware graduation is right around the corner, and what better time for graduation portraits than May!
Ashley is also a first-generation college graduate and to say that her family is proud of her is an understatement. The love that this family shares was pure inspiration to be around for the few hours of our senior portrait experience! We began at the infamous Memorial Hall and continued around The Green, Dupont Hall, the arches, book, etc… We made our rounds all around campus. We just couldn’t stop creating some great memories! Oh, and of course, we can’t leave out Miss Luna. She was stealing the show the entire time. Her mini graduation cap was to die for! Just don’t ride a bike past her, she may just try to chase you down.
Ashley told her family and me that she loves getting a bagel from The Original Hot Bagel on Main St, so of course, we added a little pitstop to our plans. They have some amazing fresh bagels with some of the nicest staff around.
Although Ashley’s time at the University of Delaware is coming to an end, she has some amazing plans for her future. She was telling me how busy she is between working at a local hospital and spending time with family and friends, as well as her desire to stay consistent with working out. Ashley has some great ambitions and I can’t wait to see her succeed with all of her goals!
Thank you Ashley for inviting me to document this milestone moment and having the pleasure of getting to know you and your family!
