I just love when a couple has a unique vision for their engagement session. These two had just that in mind! They love the Wilmington & Western Railroad and knew right off the bat that is where they wanted to go. So after some planning back and forth with the railroad, we made it happen! We were able to have the entire train to ourselves for their engagement session. It was a pretty fun experience exploring from the locomotive to the dining car!

Stefanie and Justin have been together for three years and it sounds like they’re always having a great time. Their unplanned explorations are some of their favorites, including their first date! They started off with no plans at all, but to date, it’s one of their best! From tacos, cocktails, to ice cream; it was a memorable time. Their adventures continue via camping, antiquing, and visiting historic sites and gardens, in addition to their love of breweries and wineries.

Fast forward to 2021 and Justin had the perfect proposal for Stefanie. Knowing that Stefanie LOVES puzzles, he coordinated a day full of puzzles for her to figure out. Each puzzle led to another puzzle at another location. Eventually, they ended up back at the Wilmington Riverfront, where it all began. Here, Stefanie was presented with a Da Vinci Codex puzzle. They shared the story that there was quite a delay in figuring out the “marryu” combination. From then on, there was a lot of smiling and love present!

There are only a few more months until they say “I do” at The Queen in Wilmington, DE this October. Stefanie and Justin are doing a vintage art deco theme for their wedding and The Queen offers its unique charm that fits them perfectly!
